BoaB interactive is a small, agile ICT consultant and developer headquartered in Townsville, the declared Innovation Zone for Tropical and Marine Science through the Queensland Smart State initiative.

We have a ten year track record delivering high-end knowledge management solutions for research and natural resource management agencies and have recently established ourselves as one of Australia’s few commercial providers of applied semantic technology.

We are currently working with an impressive cross-section of natural resource management organisations, and have well-established relationships with the marine science and climate change research communities.

In 2007 BoaB interactive became the seventh Australian member of the W3C and currently the only Australian commercial organisation accepted to this elite standards body. We are committed to developing commercial ICT opportunities associated with the evolving knowledge economies where Australia has particular advantages.

BoaB interactive made the commitment to corporate carbon neutrality in mid-2007 and is an active proponent of green IT initiatives. We maintain our carbon neutral status through offset credits obtained from the Australian-based Climate Friendly program.
